10th Ave. Remodel

Major home remodel with new kitchen and bath. Home was taken down to the studs with all new services installed including electrical, HVAC, gas and plumbing. Project included new partition walls, glass block windows, drywall, custom paint, lighting, cherry cabinets, custom stone and tile work.

In early 2004, the partners of LORAX Development created a remodeling company, KLM Builders, Inc. to specialize in single family and multi-unit residential buildings.
