8th Avenue Remodel

A 3 story home was completely remodeled from the garage to the addition of a master suite. The property was purchased to remodel and then sell.

Project entailed demolition of numerous walls, new framing for kitchen, baths and family room, all new plumbing and electrical. New walls, flooring, windows, doors, trim and tile work were also included in the scope of the project as well as interior and exterior paint and landscaping.

The project was completed in less than 4 months.

In early 2004, the partners of LORAX Development created a remodeling company, KLM Builders, Inc. to specialize in single family and multi-unit residential buildings.
