Chestnut Street
A 2 unit residential building was converted to 2 high end residential condominiums. An additional 3rd floor of living space was added below for an entertainment room. This new living space was connected by a custom hardwood spiral stair.
Project scope included demolition, shoring existing building, new foundation and slab. New framing, decking, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, plaster, trim work, windows, and doors.
